Hilton Garden Inn Chattanooga Downtown

If you have children the location of this hotel cannot be beat. It’s right next door to the Discovery Museum, across the street from the climbing gym, and a short walk to the aquarium. Also, I cannot say enough about the service. Everyone who works here was very friendly. To be honest the rooms themselves while clean and comfortable are only average but the location and service was great. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the first night we arrived they had just treated the pool. The hotel used so much chlorine that the air in the pool room would burn your eyes. However, this improved every night we were there but the hotel definitely needs to invest in better ventilation.

Great hotel with great service. Jacara and her entire staff were really, really great. And Candi was a great hostess for breakfast. Please reward your team, they truly represent your brand well.Rooms: Clean, really clean, comfortable and cozy.

Had a small issue with the room but was resolved quickly. Unfortunately during the room move we had to do because if the issue we had encountered, we misplaced my daughter's stuffed animal and it was never found. Staff was great and always friendly, regardless of day or night staff. Meet the general manager Brenden and he was super friendly and cared about our staff. The rooms were very clean and the beds slept great. We ate breakfast every morning for a stay and it was great. More than enough options for anyone. The grounds and hotel were very clean and you can tell the employees took pride in what they do which is hard to find now a days. Only negative thing I can say is the pool area is lacking in little in my opinion and wasn't the cleanest the night we used it but overall super happy with the stay. Great location on top of it all. We will stay here in again the future for our trips to the area.

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and willing to help with some forgetfulness on our part and attempted to locate a toothbrush to provide. The location is superb; within walking of just about anything you could want to do.Rooms: 5/5
