The service was friendly. However my food was very cold. When I called they were very very cooperative and understanding and didn't give me any problems about replacing my order.Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter was with me that morning and the woman at the windows spoke to Harwin was very friendly

It not that hard to read directions... They always getting my order wrong or gave me someone else order... Plus they are really slow the lady in the front act like she doesn't want to be there everytime I see her just quit that'll solve that problem
