Einstein Bros. Bagels - Chattanooga

The Einstein Bagels at this location is closed for the summer! It should be updated on Google to indicate that it's not open.

I really dislike that Einstein has relocated all its stores to universities in Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN. It's frustrating to have to hunt for a store, and finding parking is a nightmare. A group of us went to the old location, and it's so much easier to access than the new one. I sincerely hope they consider opening a location that has parking and a drive-thru.

The older woman with light skin who works there could definitely benefit from a smile. She wasn't very friendly at all.

Staff is rude and widely unprofessional. The workers have an attitude that is not welcoming and very passive aggressive. When ordering, the staff were all sitting down eating and not doing their jobs. As a student here, I would appreciate more professional and kind staff that are welcoming. They make the environment very uncomfortable.

Anyone who says the staff who work here are rude are just disrespectful of the space and can't pay attention! I'm always given fast and prompt service here and they're always extremely sweet to me. Best food on campus too! As long as you know how to respect service workers, you'll have a great experience and a good bite to eat. Recommend the Farmhouse bagel with the hashbrown and coffee combo!
