Domino's Pizza - Chattanooga

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was unhelpful and not professional at all. The restaurant was not clean, and my pizza arrived cold. I really don't understand how they manage to operate like this. I won't be returning, and I recommend you don't spend your money here either. There's a Pizza Hut just next door.

We have been thoroughly disappointed with the service at this location. Previously, we placed an order and were informed that it had been delayed due to a larger order, resulting in a wait of over an hour. Today, I called to ask about a large order for the weekend and was told they had another order scheduled for that time. When I asked if I should consider calling another location, the person abruptly hung up on me. This behavior is very unprofessional and rude. We will not be returning to spend our money here.

Tuesday, May 24th: I could focus on the fact that I almost waited over an hour for my order, which ended up being canceled. But instead, I want to highlight how hard the staff was working under immense pressure that day! They truly deserve five stars for managing all that stress and rising to the challenge. I was eager to try their pizza, as I noticed they maintained high quality even while making a large volume. Although my order was canceled, I see it as a small blessing for the team, as it relieved them of one less pizza amid a hectic day. This team expertly managed large orders, dealt with short staffing, and navigated through rush hours without missing a beat! I’m genuinely impressed and grateful to witness how they worked together during such challenging times instead of falling apart. Hats off to the team for handling everything so well! I definitely plan to return someday to experience the quality of your pizzas!

Order was not delivered. Driver did not follow directions in online dominoes home address profile that provides the building entry code. Driver simply left. I have had pizza delivered to my home before with the exact same profile and instructions and the driver was competent enough to follow the instructions and delivery the pizza but not this time. I called the store to ask and the answering associate was like well we called a number and no one answered so the driver returned to the store. There was not a reason to call if the driver would have simply followed the instructions and entered the code to access the building on the keypad. We live in northshore in nice community and the order was day time , no reason for the driver to not to enter the building and make the delivery besides being simply lazy !!! Been a long time customer but will not use again !

Ordered at 9:16. 9:32 out of the oven. 10:38 still no pizza. Called the store and it was still there. No explanation or even suggestion as to when it might hit the road. I just cancelled it. All I got was “sorry boss”. Awful, just awful.
