Staff was working hard just lunch rush not enough help. The wait was a little longer than typical for chickenflea

The customer service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the service was quick.

This restaurant is like a deliberate attempt to provide the complete opposite of the trademark Chick-fil-A customer service. The staff was unfriendly, abrupt, and inattentive. What a terrible place.

The food at this restaurant is satisfactory and is priced similarly, if not lower, than other standard meals at the mall. Their stance on certain issues doesn't affect their service or food quality in my opinion. The food is fairly standard but tasty, and the customer service is average.

It's the mall food court. Not the greatest atmosphere. For some reason, they were behind on orders and it took about 10 minutes to get a order of nuggets and tea. I'm not sure if that's normal at this location.Food: 5/5
