Ben Jerry’s - Chattanooga

Awesome experience! The staff went over and above for my child! She has a nut allergy and the staff wasn't sure if it was safe for her to eat from previously dipped from containers and they opened a fresh container and used a separate scoop! That's what makes a business great!

My 7 year old grandbaby and I really enjoyed our stop for a treat here. Our helper was so welcoming and helpful. And of course the best ice cream . . .

The customer service here was below expectations, the ice cream cones were overpriced, and the air vents were the dirtiest I've ever encountered. It raises concerns about the overall cleanliness of the establishment. When you’re paying over $7 for a small cone with a topping, you expect a truly exceptional experience.

You can't go wrong with Ben & Jerry's for ice cream! I've been to this location multiple times, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The only downside is the cleanliness; even during slower periods, the tables can be sticky, and the restrooms aren't very well maintained. Despite that, I will definitely return. It's a wonderful place to grab a cone and enjoy a stroll by the riverside or through downtown Chattanooga.

The ice cream here is truly delightful, just as you'd expect from Ben & Jerry's! However, what really stood out during my visit was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly patient, helped me choose my flavors (even letting me sample one I had never tried before), and went out of their way to assist me in finding my lost keys. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!
