Arby's - Chattanooga

Like many fast food restaurants, Arby's can be hit or miss when it comes to getting your order correct. However, if you dine in or check your order before leaving, any mistakes can be quickly fixed with no issue. In my experience, the food is always made correctly and meets my expectations. Occasionally, the dining room may not be as clean as I would like, especially right after the lunch rush, but a quick wipe with a napkin usually does the trick. Overall, if you enjoy Arby's, this location is worth visiting.

I picked up an order for my mom that was incorrect. Tabitha was kind and promptly replaced the order without any problems.

Didnt receive the cherry turnover for the 3rd or 4th time. Sandwich was good.

It was good except for some of the curly fries were hard as rocks.

Forgot a whole sandwich and I ordered a large fries and there couldnt have been more than a small size
