We attempted to dine at the restaurant but were informed that their POS system was down, so all orders had to be placed online. No problem—we ordered drinks and a starter while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. However, we received a notification that our order wasn’t processed, even though the payment had been taken from our account. I went to the bar to clarify the situation. The staff were doing their best, but we were only informed to pay in cash. We finished our drinks and decided to leave. It’s clear they really need to upgrade to a reliable POS system, especially in today’s cashless society.

Eating was amazing, big service will definitely recommend again

Ordered the chicken parmi that had prager ham, mozzarella, napolitana with chips and texas bbq sauce and glass koks. the chicken parmi was huge and was tasteful with the ham, cheese and sauce. the texas bbq sauce was smokey and tasty, went well with the chips and parmi and the glass koks was also huge. was very filling and the money worth. would recommend switching on.

I was hesitant to visit such a gimmicky chain, but my friends wanted to go, and I was pleasantly surprised. The lunch specials had a nice variety and generous portions! There were also multiple vegetarian options available. The only downside was the unreasonable 5% service fee imposed from Monday to Saturday. The servers better be compensated well for this arbitrary charge!
