Grinders Espresso Bar & Flowers

We went to Coffee and Flowers for Sunday breakfast. The cafe has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere. No wonder the place was very busy.The staff were really welcoming and professional. My husband and I had a bacon and egg roll which was really tasty, having heaps of bacon. The coffee was brilliant.

Wow!! They just NEVER disappoint !!!! ... With a relaxed atmosphere, lovely window displays and the warm energy radiating from the VERY satisfied patrons, extremely friendly staff and kitchen crew, you know that even before you open a menu; you're in for a treat. Either sit on the comfortable chairs or relax on the lounge with the awesome menu, covering all dietary needs...it'll have you coming back for seconds and thirds, if you can fit it in and as if the dining experience wasn't enough why not buy a scrumptious little cake or something and take it away. Great food, great place and friendly staff........ love to go again and again.Our last 2 visits to the Hunter we stopped into the cafe across the road...Darwin's ( I think?? ) but found them a bit off putting and rude, pushing us out at 12pm. The coffee wasn't nice either and the owner was very in your face.

What's with the side serve of attitude that I'm finding this town has?Very expensive average breakfast. I don't want the toast you serve with the breakfast but don't charge me extra for something other than white toast!You are supposed to be warm, friendly, inviting?? Come on it's not too hard. Yes we know your working hard while we are drinking our coffee. A little smile goes a long way when you have a customer based business.Heard this from several other people who have been here and won't return. Shame you could have a thriving business?

We had B'fast on our way back home, we ordered the corn fritters and the big B'fast. Both were huge and very tasty. Service was prompt and courteous and prices very reasonable. Would be happy to go back

I like a good espresso, and this was a great espresso. It was served quickly, and with care, in a great atmosphere.
