Domino's Pizza - Cedar Rapids

The pizza is incredibly hot, super fresh, and the delivery is fast—definitely above average for a pizza place!

I’ve always found Domino's to be reliable, with prompt delivery drivers and excellent pizza. I really appreciate the order tracker as well. However, my experience at one particular store was disappointing due to the employee's poor customer service. I've never had an issue with Domino's in the two states I've lived in, but when I visited this location to pick up an order I had already paid for, the employee's attitude was incredibly frustrating. I was simply thirsty and decided to grab a drink, but the interaction left me on edge. Despite this negative experience, I still regard Domino's as the best pizza place out there; I just won’t be returning to this specific location. Thank you for your attention.

They are consistently friendly and never fail to get our order right. It's our preferred spot for both busy evenings and relaxed nights.

I stopped going to Dominos about 25 years ago. I decided to give them a try after hearing they improved. I was pleasantly surprised. Pizza tasted great. The employees were friendly and helpful. And they were quick. I picked up but noticed as their drivers were pulling in, they were taking new orders out to them, so no wasted time.

Not only was the food made to perfection, it came super quick and Michael, the delivery driver was especially nice and prompt ! I am definitely going to be ordering again, along with recommending to my friends and family! This pregnant momma is happy, happy, happy!!
