Subway - Cassville

I arrived around 9:15 PM for a late dinner and noticed that only two staff members were on duty—one was taking care of walk-in orders, while the other managed drive-thru. It's a Subway, so the menu is standard with the same selection of meats, vegetables, and sauces. You just let them know what you want, and they prepare it for you. The woman at the counter was very friendly and sincerely apologized for the delay in making our sandwiches (there were three of us). I thought she handled everything well, and our sandwiches turned out just as we had requested.

If you want to be perpetually disappointed then please get your sandwich here. Order online 30 minutes prior so you can still wait 10 minute for your sandwich when you get there. The online system is nice because they have the order printed in front of them so they can get it absolutely wrong. If you want a mediocre sandwich, with mediocre service. This is the place for you.

The location inside Walmart is fantastic. Although the line moved slowly, it was understandable since the sandwich maker had to handle the register while the manager was taking a break during the busy lunch rush. I enjoyed my sandwich, and the service was great. The sandwich artist even asked if I wanted a cookie or chips! A fun fact: this Subway location offers both sweet tea and unsweetened tea, which adds to the Southern vibe. I’ll definitely be returning!

The food is delicious, and the restaurant is very clean. It's unfortunate that they don't offer the salt and vinegar chips that are commonly found at most Subways.

Good food. Fast service. Clean establishment. Miss having the seafood sandwiches though.
