Pizza Hut - Cassville

I ordered delivery for 11:45. Recieved a phone call at 11:49 stating there was no delivery driver. Asked if we wanted to cancel or carry out. Said it wouldn't be ready for another 15 minutes and treated me like I was the idiot for thinking our order would be ready. Was rude at pick up arguing that we only had 2 boxes and finally agreed we should have 4 boxes. Pizza was supposed to have extra cheese, did not. Cinnamon rolls were burnt. For $80.00 I expect better.

Came for buffet. Arrived before 1. Pizza buffet was mostly empty and the few pieces left were completely dried up. All the pasta pans were empty. Nothing replenished until customers asked for it so all customers were left waiting. Salad bar was mostly empty and again, not filled till requested. Many vegetables were bad and should have been pitched. No one ever came for a drink order, we finally went to the counter and asked for drinks. Definitely needs new management and some employee training.

Walked in at 2:30pm on a Sunday, buffet full of food waited about 2-3 mins before someone brought a pizza out to a table of people. The girl thay sat us said to sit on the west side as she was keeping the other half closed for some unknown reason. Ordered our drinks and said we wanted buffet, she said it closed 20-30 minutes ago, its now 2:40pm. OK whatever. We order our pizza and salad bar. Go up to get the salad, 2 small tables come in, sit on east side and get pizza buffet. I frequent the area but wont frequent this establishment…

Horrible Service! Manager is Hateful. Food is Disgusting!
