Pizza Hut - Cassville

Walked in at 2:30pm on a Sunday, buffet full of food waited about 2-3 mins before someone brought a pizza out to a table of people. The girl thay sat us said to sit on the west side as she was keeping the other half closed for some unknown reason. Ordered our drinks and said we wanted buffet, she said it closed 20-30 minutes ago, its now 2:40pm. OK whatever. We order our pizza and salad bar. Go up to get the salad, 2 small tables come in, sit on east side and get pizza buffet. I frequent the area but wont frequent this establishment

The buffet didn't have much on it and most of it was dry.

The carry out order was prepared very quickly and the food was good.

The pizza was delicious, but the service was awful. It took about 15 minutes to even be asked for drinks. We never got our appetizers (2 of them). When we said something about it she said she was going to go back and bring them and never did. This was after we already got our pizza.. that took about 45 minutes to come out. She also never came back to check on us! Not even once! We had to go up front to pay after waiting for her to come to the table and they tried to charge us for things we didn’t even receive. Super disappointed.

Waited 20 mins just to pay. Not to mention the cleanliness of the place
