I found an unnecessary extra service here. I love Chai latte because I can't drink coffee. But I found in my Chai-Latte, they did a shot when coffee. Every day I drink Chai, but other shops don't make coffee. I was confused if the member knows nothing about coffee or I was. Then I looked and found no coffee in Chai latte.
Very bad service. took forever to make a sausage mcmuffin and then put tomato sause on it? It doesn’t come with tomato sause. I payed $5 for something thaT I didnt even eat. I’m allergic to tomato sause.
Terrible experience. The restaurant is overpriced and dirty, with malfunctioning kiosks and unfriendly, dismissive staff. McDonald's has significantly declined in quality. The heavy reliance on automation leads to poor service, especially when the cheaply made, poorly maintained machines break down. I recommend steering clear of this place; there are much better and often cheaper burger options in the city, along with far superior service.
I hope everyone is doing well. I noticed that the staff were directly handling food without using gloves, which I found to be unhygienic. When I ordered a sundae and a soft cone, the staff touched the food without using hand sanitizers or washing their hands. They also didn't use any plastic gloves to prevent direct contact with the cone or ice cream. I just wanted to bring this to everyone's attention and to the management at McDonald's so that we can address this issue. We should remember the lessons from the COVID-19 pandemic, as many people fell ill due to unhygienic practices.
