Department Of Pizza - Canberra

I don't usually post reviews, but our experience tonight definitely deserves one. We dined in and placed our order as soon as we arrived, but we ended up waiting 45 minutes for two pizzas. When we noticed that other diners who ordered after us were getting their meals, we approached the manager to inquire about our order. Unfortunately, we found out that they had lost it. The manager was quite dismissive and tried to imply that it was our fault, then walked away without offering an apology or attempting to resolve the issue. While we understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of customer service leaves us hesitant to return.

We had dinner here and enjoyed the pizza. Staff were friendly and attentive. Orders were served quickly and the vegetable pizza was delicious. The pizza crust is thin and light, which is just nice. Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian pizzas including Margherita, potato, vegetable and potato. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
