Firehouse Subs Butler Crossing

I'm not sure if this is a one-time issue or if it's always like this, but after waiting 15 minutes, I decided to cut my losses. I left without my sandwich, even though I tipped 15% rounded up, because I can't spend my whole day waiting. Service: Takeout. Rating: 1.

The prices are absolutely insane first of all, second the portions are laughable, third I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich because they had 1 guy making everything including all the call in and online orders. I waited over two hours, only to receive a notification that my order was canceled because the staff seemed unwilling to do their jobs. Disappointing experience!
