Mazzanti's Beans Cream - Butler

We’re never in the area, so we were really looking forward to getting ice cream tonight, but they must have been extremely short staffed. After 20 minutes, only one person ahead of us had ordered there were at least 15 more people ahead of us. We left went to King Cones Castle.

Their tornados (another version of the blizzard) is all candy. There is maybe 1/4 cup of actual ice cream in them. I don't know many people would like to eat an entire cup of almost nothing but candy. Paying $12+ for two tornadoes that are just candy is absurd.

This place has it all! Great service and amazing ice cream. There really isn't much more to say other than this friendly little neighborhood ice cream shop has me as a lifetime customer. I live about 5 minutes away and just works out. During my first visit, I mentioned I had a pet dog, and the nice woman was kind enough to hook my boy up with a massive vanilla pup cup. lol. This place is the GOAT.

The ice cream and other offerings here are fantastic, but the service needs improvement when the staff isn't sufficient. I just left (on July 9, 2023) after waiting 15 minutes without anyone being served. At that rate, it might be more beneficial for the restaurant to close for the day. The products are excellent, but it's hard to justify what would have turned into over an hour's wait with the number of customers ahead of us. I'll revisit my review once they have better staffing in place.

This is likely the best ice cream I've ever tasted in my 52 years. I plan to return every chance I get!
