Applebee's Grill - Butler

The noodles were undercooked and there was hardly any Alfredo sauce.

I didn't receive my pasta dish and the plate of fries.

This is the best restaurant I've been to! The service is excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious. I can't get enough of it. The atmosphere is incredible—it's hard to put into words. Jess really shines at her job; she does an amazing job taking care of everything!

A woman informed us that the wait time was an hour and a half when we arrived, even though Yelp had indicated it would only be 15 to 25 minutes.

I had a disappointing experience at Applebee's. The southwest bowl had undercooked rice, and the iceberg lettuce was stale. I requested no pico de gallo, but it was included anyway. I was really looking forward to trying Applebee's, but it did not meet my expectations.
