Subway - Burleson

I recently ordered takeout for lunch at this restaurant and I was extremely impressed. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend trying this place for a satisfying meal.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but the young employees who work there are really funny. The staff is excellent and will make you want to return. Ordering online is a great way to save time. You can simply walk in and pick up your order. The take-out service is top-notch. The price per person is very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. I went into SUBWAY on Tuesday night and got my wife a sandwich and got me some cookies. When I got home, I took a bite out of my first cookie and had 2 hairs wrap around my teeth and over my tongue. Took me a second to figure out and I spit back out and then had to unwrap the hair from my teeth. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever dealt with. I then spent two days trying to call the store and speak to a manager to no avail. I decided today to go back up there and try to see if the store manager was available and it ended up being some 18 year old kid. I explain to him the situation and he just looked at me and was very unapologetic when he said sorry I will not visit that store again Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

The addition of new workers has resulted in this Subway once again becoming one of the worst places to visit. The workers are slow, extremely slow. I typically order through the app to speed up the process, but 4 out of 5 times when I arrive to pick up my food, it is not ready. Today, we ordered at work through the app and arrived 15 minutes after the designated pick-up time, only to find that our food was not ready. I had to wait in line behind 3 other people and then discovered they were running low on some of the meat. This Subway is a complete disaster.
