Ihop - Burleson

The waiter at this IHOP was very customer-centric. We were recognized shortly after the entry. Our food was delicious. We both have the 2X2X2. Although they were very busy, they were still very pleasant.

The restaurant was quite small, but we were warmly welcomed by Ralph! He seated us right away and took our order immediately. We received our crepe and coffee within just 10 minutes of sitting down! It was the best service ever. Great job, Ralph and the kitchen staff—you made our evening!

We’ve visited quite a few IHOPs over time, but this one was definitely the best! Despite being incredibly busy on Saturday morning, we didn’t experience a long wait. The hostess made sure our table was clean and dry before bringing us the menus. Our server, Treva, was quick, efficient, and professional, yet very friendly, polite, and genuinely warm. She patiently answered our questions about the availability of turkey sausage. Our food arrived in a timely manner. We noticed there were five line cooks and several servers on staff. Although it’s challenging to serve all the tables quickly, the entire team appeared to be friendly with both customers and one another. We’ll definitely return when we're passing through Burleson!

I just ordered an omelet. The first batch of pancakes I received was undercooked, but they fixed that for me. Unfortunately, the waitress was not very attentive and took a while to respond to my questions.
