Waffle House - Buford

The woman at the window refused to serve us, claiming they were closed, even though it was evident that they were open.

I've been here a few times, and each time my order has been mixed up during the night shift. You can request extras like cheese, onions, or bacon for an additional charge, but I never actually receive them. It's frustrating to see them just toss in condiments and utensils with your takeout order while neglecting the main items you've paid for.

I have always enjoyed my experiences here, but unfortunately, this evening was disappointing. There was only one server, and the cook who was present was quite rude and lacked basic manners in front of customers. The server did her best under the circumstances, but things only improved when a new cook arrived.

Sa on table waited 10 minutes, Vecky/Vicky decided to take another table next to us that sit minutes after us, we feel like they just ignored us. Bad experience, then she sends another waitress instead after we tell her something.

Use to think this place was not racist just under staffed. Until today I went in around 10 in the morning just a little busy but sat down at the front waited for like 10 min and nobody took my order or asked what would I like to drink. Save your money Waffle House across the street from the mall of ga is wayyy better than this racist slow paced store. But it seem like every time I go to this Waffle House I get the same experience ignored like I don?t have money or something. ?
