Shogun Japanese Steak Sushi - Buford

Terrible service, they are underoccupied and the poor old lady is overworked and forgotten. when I asked about tee, she told me to order something else and she has constantly commanded her to mess. the chef was terrible and gave me the smallest part possible. a four-year-old got more food than me, save her money and eat her somewhere else, that's ridiculous.

Today, April 14th 2022, I had a wonderful lunch at your Kennesaw location. The food is always great and your prices for lunch are unbeatable. Thanks for the awesome food. I would like to mention a detail I witnessed. Your cook had on what appeared to be camo sweatpants pulled down below his rear when he started cooking. About halfway thru the process he finally pulled his pants up. Itappeared that he is not a regular cook. I ordered Steak and shrimp. My friend ordered salmon. When the shrimp was finished cooking your cook mistakenly put my shrimp on my friends plate. When I mentioned I had ordered shrimp and not her, he took the shrimp off her plate, put it back on the grill and then picked it up and put it on my plate. I always thought if food is put on the wrong plate a cook would never remove from that plate and put on the correct plate. Should he not have left it on the wrong plate and cooked more shrimp for me?

The absolute worst! Sat for 45 mins with my family before anybody said hi or do you want something to drink. Rude disorganized. I only had a party of 3, so when the table filled up with other people they immediately came over was going to take their order. Didn’t make any eye contact with us after sitting 45 minutes. I had to speak up like are you crazy??? We were here 45 minutes before them you ask them first do they want something to drink. Finally we get our drinks appetizers, we wait another 30 mins still haven’t put in our food order. I go to the front to let them know to check us out, he started yelling throwing his hands up saying go just go. Wasn’t concerned why. I said sir I will pay for my drink appetizers. He insists we go. Treated us like Cain O dog off menace. Anybody that knows me, I DID GOOD?. Working on not acting like the stereotype ?. Two thumbs down. Dnt waste your time ????

Terribly long wait. Unclean environment with understaffed and overworked servers. The chef seemed as he was in a hurry to get done and the food tasted like it. The quality of the food service definitely don't justify the prices. I will not dine here again.

The wait was super long but it seems like they are short staffed right now. Food was excellent when delivered fresh but not everything was. My food was mildly warm but was still good. However the staff is not lounging around, everyone is busy. So if you come to eat when it is not super busy, you'll definitely get great food with great service. Otherwise just be prepared for them to do their best with the staff they have. Also, if you order sushi it should be delivered to the table promptly. My party has no issue with that, but anything else seemed less hot off the grill But from what I heard, everyone doing hibachi had a great time.
