The last 4 times the chocolate syrup just sits at the bottom, 1/2 an inch thick. It just looks sloppy and is irritating to have to fix myself with a straw.
Ethan was amazing. Definitely will be returning to this Einsteins bagel simply because of their customer service! I made a mistake with my order and they did not hesitate to make it right! Food is also amazing!

We come Here regularly to get breakfast. Today it took 25 minutes and us asking the employees three times where our order was to finally get our food made for us. That’s insane. Also, not a single table was cleaned. We had to clean our own table to be able to sit and eat.
