Przekaż informację zwrotnąI advise you to stay away from this Chipotle. Go to the other Chipotle in Buford. We ordered 5 bowls for pick up from this place, and only got 2 bowls. My mom even asked the employees if there was only 1 bag and they assured us it was everything. I get it?s hard times right now in the restaurant and service industry, but it?s so frustrating to drive all the way out there just to come back with only half the food we paid for. This location needs more training from corporate or they should just close down, because they are not equipped to provide the same service as other Chipotles. In the meantime, take your money to another Chipotle until this one at the Exchange straightens themselves out. Read all the other reviews and you?ll see it?s a common theme.
The service here was lackluster, as everyone on the line seemed to be in their own little world, as they didn 't work together on anything and didn 't seem to want to pay attention to the customers ' orders. They weren 't communicating to the back line and was constantly waiting for most proteins. All seemed to not want to be there and not very pleasant. Dining area was not being kept up with at all, with all tables dirty and out of sauces and plastic-ware. For tasted good when we finally got to it.
I went to the new Chipotle at 2925 Buford Drive. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. The employee stated that I could not order in person while standing right in front of him. He told me I had to order it through the app. Earlier this week, I ordered the same item from the Chipotle 1 mile down the road and asked why I had to order through the app. He stated that they no longer made quesadillas through the line and that I must order it through the app. After 6 minutes, the app was STILL loading while 3 customers went through the line in front of me customizing their bowls. To require a customer to wait, download, and order through an app they do not have or to require a cell phone is poor customer service. You lost a customer today.
I have never been to a Chipotle this gross. The manager nor the employee care about the place. Let's start with the employees hugged up at the counter when I walked in that should have been my first red flag. My husband got his food went to the bathroom and there was no sanitizer or hand soap. I literally saw a kid picking from the chicken bowl on the line and eating it with his hands. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
We place for 15 people burritos bowl catering order for my daughter birthday party and but when we received the order it it not enough for even 7 people. We ordered pizza after spending 200$ in chipotle that day because food is not enough. This location is disgusting
