Can be very crowded at lunch time. Hours correct in listing. Limited seating inside. Not a fan of sitting in high top chairs with a line hovering of your back while you are eating. Has to be something unsanitary about that. Drink refills here. Overall, for was ok, but limited meat given.
Ordered catering for a birthday party. Steak was AWFUL! It tasted like rubber. It was hard and could not chew it. The rice tasted old as well and the chicken was blah. Never again. Going back to Mo's for sure.
First time trying this location, I normally would order from the other Buford spot but no UberEats drivers were available at the time. Got the food and it was basically a soup bowl. Literally, almost a third of the bowl was liquid. From what, I do not know since I didn't add queso nor any salsas. This location is a hard pass, go to the one at 3350. Luckily, UberEats gave me a full refund.
I advise you to stay away from this Chipotle. Go to the other Chipotle in Buford. We ordered 5 bowls for pick up from this place, and only got 2 bowls. My mom even asked the employees if there was only 1 bag and they assured us it was everything. I get it?s hard times right now in the restaurant and service industry, but it?s so frustrating to drive all the way out there just to come back with only half the food we paid for. This location needs more training from corporate or they should just close down, because they are not equipped to provide the same service as other Chipotles. In the meantime, take your money to another Chipotle until this one at the Exchange straightens themselves out. Read all the other reviews and you?ll see it?s a common theme.
