Chick-fil-a - Buford

Even though it was super busy, there was an employee directing traffic. The line ran smoothly and quickly, the food was perfect as it always is at ANY Chick Fil A I go to. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I just had to leave Culver’s because the cashier don’t know how to take orders yet. 3 minutes after pulling up Chick-fil-A I got a peach milkshake in my hand. Happy customer!

I order Chick-fil-A catering at least once a month from this location. I ordered earlier this week for a Friday pick-up, arrived shortly after 11a this morning. As I walked into the store, was greeted by a friendly manager. Was informed I was the ONLY order they had today, due to IT issues their entire system was down but because I had ordered earlier in the week, they wanted to fulfil the order as promised. So this team went above beyond today. INCREDBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We always have a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! Although their drive-thru runs smoothly, I prefer to park and take advantage of the curbside pickup. They also provide delivery for local residents.

This location consistently delivers outstanding customer service. I ordered catering from Chick-fil-A for the first time, and everything was delivered right on schedule! I experienced no problems at all, and the staff ensured that I had everything I needed for a fantastic birthday party lunch.
