Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I'm writing this review while currently sitting in the restaurant. I ordered a two-piece meal with fresh fries. My chicken was prepared and then sat on the counter for seven minutes before they added the fries, which were already cooked. When I asked for fresh fries, I was told they were changing the oil. Instead of being honest about it, they simply put the old fries on my plate. The staff was extremely rude throughout this process. There was one older gentleman hanging signs who was very polite, but unfortunately, he was the exception. This place really needs to improve its customer service, as the experience felt very unprofessional and some staff members used derogatory remarks.

I went in for dinner and requested fresh fries. While I was waiting for my food, my chicken ended up getting cold as it sat on the counter. They then forgot my order and served me old fries. When I inquired about the fresh fries, they informed me that they were changing the oil. I ended up getting a refund, but the entire experience was quite disappointing. The shift manager and one of the frontline employees had an attitude, making the situation even worse. If I could give negative stars, I would. Unless you're prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for fresh food, I wouldn't recommend eating there. Having been a manager for this company, it's frustrating to witness such poor service. They're lucky I'm not in charge.

My wife worked at the Buford location by 985 and 20 for two and a half years! Never missed a day! After that time of working with bad management and loud employees allowed to talk on their phones and not do their jobs! My wife found a better job put in her two week notice! Worked two weeks! And they have the audacity to say she was terminated! Then the letter they sent says reason for separation is family reasons! Bojangles is a place that I will not do business with!

Horrible experience. I placed an or for the Tailgate meal. I was asked to pull into a waiting space. I waited 20 minutes so I pulled back into the drive thru and was told I was waiting on fries and to wait an additional 5 minutes or less. I waited and the fries were cold. I told them the fries were cold and he said ...that's impossible! I asked for hot fries and had to wait an additional 5 minutes.

The dining area has a big light that says ?welcome back? and the dining area doors open w no issues. I get to the front w my toddler and spouse and they said they?re not open, doors are just for 3rd party food orders???????????????. I loved bojangles back in NC will try again later
