Great little jewel. order the watermelon margarita. it is refreshing and delicious. they make their guacamole fresh. I ordered the burrito with steak. every bite was tasteful. the place is small and is packed. the service is great. genuine Mexican food. I am happy to come back real soon

We have been living in the neighbourhood for years and are loyal to this place for so long. but unfortunately the order must stop from there due to a recently unpleasant delivery/delivery experience. essentially, the type said to us: “We only do that when it is our fault.” either he forgot that the customer is always right or simply bad!

I ordered an early dinner tonight from Metate. I'm very busy with work lately, so I appreciated the staff's diligence to make sure my food came out as soon as possible. It seemed to be the gentleman behind the bar that made it happen. The enchiladas suizas was delicious! Big portion too... I can have it later or tomorrow for lunch. I've lived in Riverdale for 8 years... how am I just trying Metate for the first time!? I won't make that mistake again. Need to go back and see what the happy hour is all about.
