Beach House Grill Loganholme - Brisbane

I went to breakfast with my sister this morning, we both ordered breakfast and a cocktail. our cocktails were bought soon after the courtesy customer service and then my eating quickly followed. but my sisters hadn't bought anything yet, and 20 minutes later we waited for my sisters. I hadn't touched my eating yet when I was waiting to enjoy my eating with her, and after waiting 20 minutes to see if it was close. the coworkers behind the counter looked surprised and realized that they had made a mistake and had not yet made their food, they were very apologetic and said they would come to eat immediately. the personal could see that my teller was still untouched, so that the manager or chef came and said that she will also replace my meal for a fresh meal with my sisters, and said instead of throwing out the untouched meal, that they put it in a container to take home and she will take it under the warmer until we have gone. very soon afterwards they roast our freshly cooked breakfast and 2 large cocktails on the house. the personal was very apologetic and handled the situation better than I could imagine. that was my first visit, and because of the good detour and the beautiful staff and chefs were, I will be back. the food was delicious, cocktails were a must, and even the music was good mood. The big part of the food worth all the dollar we spent, but I think what I had was really dirty. they have scan, order and pay which handy. cleanliness must be improved. my place vinyl was dirty.

Beautiful airy local shopping centers restaurant burger that we had been very filling but a tad thick for what we like, but they were cooked by. drinks to reasonable trips, service was in order, but looked like the girl that served us just didn't want to be there. atmosphere 8/10 cleanliness 9/10 service 8/10 prices 8/10 food 8/10 we go back. Yeah, but I'd probably try a steak or parmy next time. this is our personal opinion and cannot be the same as others who dinate in this institution.

After taking a seat for Sat lunch, We had to ask for the table we sat at to be cleared from the previous customers meals, we thought they’d wipe it after clearing but didn’t. When our meals arrived (without cutlery) we again had to ask. While waiting we looked up (don’t! you’ll be put off your meal), swinging precariously in the breeze are huge pieces of dust dirt from the fans..the prawns were greasy, the onions on the burger cold. Overall an ordinary experience over priced for under delivered food service.

Girl behind the counter for breakfast seemed to get frustrated when we tried to order and she was on her phone. She then proceeded to snap multiple times when we didn’t know our table number and where outside we were sitting (it was legit empty outside). How dare we interrupt your personal time to try and order food whilst you’re actually working. On the bright side the food is good as always. It’s a shame that the regular (former) customers are treated like this.
