Whataburger - Brenham

Well usually Whataburger is good, but we waited forever for 2 burgers then thay gave the guy behind us his food after they made us pull up to wait for ours, I'm like really? We all know they already have the patties precooked , it's amazing that it took them over 20 minutes to put together 2 burgers. Then my burger was all cold when i got it. I guess i just picked a bad day to stop at this location.

The Whataburger employees at the Brenham, TX location are so rude and unprofessional! Had a mobile order, checked in and waited 10 minutes. I walked in and it was sitting out!! The guys were so rude. Won’t be going back!!

I’m not very much of a person to complain… but the fries were actually horrible. I have experience working with fries and these really were the worst I’ve ever had… everything else was pretty good. The order is correct every time. Service is always on point. Their ketchup is better than anyone else's. Drive-through service is notably polite. What a burger changes up the menu so you won't burn out.Consistently good all around and gneerally less beeping from kitchen if you prefer quieter eatery.The staff will go above and beyond.

Night shift Crew is just completely a bunch of kids, had a rep at this location a week ago durring the day, food was perfect and service, reps gone promotions gone, as well as the people actually acting like its a job. No it's not all, but it's definitely 80% and its so Sad when these locations are ruined with these situations, it's work time, not playtime.
