Must Be Heaven - Brenham

When I lived in Brenham, I would come to have the heavens be every day. Either a reuben sandwich or ice cream. This place is simply the best!!!

This place was heaven. The chicken salad was great! but the best part of it was all the cakes. We had another one each, and they were all delicious!!!

We had a great time to decorate him. The food was delicious! But one thing really stuck with me! We planned a trip to Brenham for the day. I had to find a restaurant for lunch. Loved what I saw online about Must Be Heaven. I didn't see any signs of gluten-free items. I asked to talk to the owner/manager. The owner came to the phone immediately. I told her my daughter is on a gluten-free diet, they have bread. She said no, but checked the gf options offered in food. I asked if she was thinking when we brought our own bread. She said it didn't bother her. My daughter ordered the salmon fillet sandwich. THey prepared it on a plate without the bread we put together at the table. I ordered it, too. We both enjoyed it very much. But as a mother with a 14-year-old daughter with Lupus on a gf diet to help her health, this great customer support made our trip so much easier was unpaid! My other kids found all the sandwiches they wanted us to have enjoyed our time in Must be Heaven.

So a great environment, very friendly staff and amazing food! We ate there for lunch 2 days in a row and everything we ordered was great!!!! It's a must if you're ever in Brenham!

It is a must go to place for us to get desert any time we visit my mother in law. Key lime pie is our favorite. A big scoop of bluebell is always good too. We do on occasion have lunch as well.
