Truth Bbq - Brenham

Best Brisket I've ever put in my mouth! Everything else we tried was better than average. Sausage was very lean with great taste. The Dill Pickles and picked onions were made at home and really great! Tater Tots casserole was good, Cole Slav was unique, with shredded green apples. The desserts are all made at home! The best carrot cake! Friendly staff and a small picnic table type of space!

Truth BBQ is worth the ride to Brenham. I have a gradual tour through the Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ joints, and so far the truth is right there in terms of food. I stopped at the Truth BBQ after I have the legendary snow (which is also brilliant), and I preferred the truth on most things. The brisket is there with the best of them. The pork ribs are probably the best I ever had. The tater dead casserole and baked beans are super delicious. The turkey was moist and tasteful. Seriously, there was no bad bite on the record. The ONLY Downside was the line, but if you can't handle this part of the experience, then you don't earn big Texas BBQ. And this is the TRUTH.

Absolutely amazing! Line pulled fast, very friendly staff and amazing food. We have 3 meat plates for the 4 of us to the sides as well as all meats. The meats were all fantastic as expected. The tater dead casserole and collar greens were my favorite. I recommend visiting Turkey!

I had high expectations after hearing all the hype, but he exceeded my expectations. The bride is so moist and tasteful. The pork ribs are the best I ever had. They fell from the bone and tasty. The sausage was also delicious. The sides are also delicious. We had the Corn Pudding, Mac Cheese, who were both excellent and the Pinto Beans who were excellent. The surprise was the excellent homemade cakes they offer. I had a huge slice of the Italian Cream Cake and it rivaled some of the best bakeries I was. It was just $6.00. I will definitely be back and I will bring friends!!

The brisket was excellent, the pork ribs were tender,moist and perfectly seasoned. The sausage made in house is so flavorful with a little kick. Pickles and onions were also very good.The homemade bread is delicious also. Our daughter picked it up and brought it to us in Montgomery. She said the staff was very courteous and just finishing packing up the order when she arrived. They gave her a rib while she waited!Highly recommend Truth Barbeque in Brenham Texas!
