Your Pie Pizza - Bethlehem

I made it clear that I wasn't asking for anything for free; I just wanted what I had paid for. Now, the quality of my food seems compromised because of the lack of care from the staff. I paid in full and was met with laughter and disregard instead of the service I deserved. It’s disheartening to see such unprofessionalism from the staff at this establishment.

I waited for my pasta to go in the oven and asked a young man walking by when they would be getting more garlic in. He checked in the back, and oddly, Emily left her customers to follow him. He returned and confirmed they were out. Emily then walked back to her customers and shouted that they needed a 14-inch dough. I thought it was strange that she was so anxious about my questions; she could have simply grabbed the dough instead of sending the young man to mislead me. After waiting an hour, I returned to the restaurant, and to my surprise, garlic had magically appeared. Unfortunately, my daughter and I didn’t enjoy our meals at all. It just wasn’t our day. Thanks, Emily, for this disappointing experience at Your Pie.

Does anyone know who owns this location in Bethlehem? The food is consistently good. The lunch staff from Monday to Friday are attentive and friendly. However, the weekend staff (who are not the same people) could really benefit from customer service training. This has happened twice now—they seemed completely disengaged, almost like zombies. The girl who delivered my pizza practically tossed it onto the table, which was dirty, just like the other tables in a restaurant that only had three patrons. I didn’t notice a manager on duty either.

Great local spot. The dough is great . Expensive great pizza! The salads were small and pricey for the size! We will be back for pizza only .

First time here. Never again. They were not busy. Took awhile for anyone to greet us. Then another long wait to get waited on. There were employees walking around. Ordered cheesesteak. It was tough and tasteless. Service was poor. Will not be going back
