The bagels are stunningly beautiful, incredibly tasty, and have a perfect chewy texture! The customer service is excellent as well. Sari is the standout!

I ordered a poppy bagel with veggie cream cheese. Just as the clerk picked the bagel up, I asked if I could switch to sun-dried tomato cream cheese instead. A few minutes later, I was told my total was $8.50. Confused, I inquired why it was so high, only to find out it was for two poppy bagels—one with veggie and one with sun-dried tomato. I clarified that I only wanted to change the cream cheese on the same bagel. It seems like they didn’t want to correct the order and instead insisted I pay for both. This is not how you maintain customers.

She prepared a sesame bagel with chives, cream cheese, and fresh, juicy tomatoes topped with black pepper. I can honestly say that this was the best bagel I've ever had! It was super soft, and every bite was bursting with flavor. The cherry on top was that this bagel was her mother’s favorite, which she called "The Ruthie." That personal touch made it even better. Thank you, Bagel Bin! I will definitely be coming back again and again!
