I asked two different employees if they could help me get the rest of my order they both ignored me as if I weren?tspeaking and American language. Then I request to speak to the manager , she comes out and say so you want a refund for theorder. I said no I didn?t I would just rather have you give me what I ordered , an she continues to proceed with the refundanyway instead of assisting me correctly. I stopped in for 2 boxes of hot chocolate for our youth bonfire. They were quick and kind and even gave me extra to bless the youth group. Thank you for your kindness and amazing customer service ??
Don?t even waste your time going there ? The employees always looking lost, confused and slow . Can?t comprehend anything, your order will always come out wrong , you have to check your receipt because they will over charge you. Drinks aredisgusting. Truthfully all of them needs training .they won?t even apologize after messing up but gives your attitude insteadlike you are a bother to them.
6 in the morning BARAKA the worst service horrible is asking a question about the order I placed and she gives me an attitude making face gestures complaining to me that I?m holding up the line she has people waiting and it wasn?t even 1 minute. Alsocomplaining that?s I made a payment with Apple Pay worst service!!!
This Dunkin donuts is in a convenient spot right off the highway and has a drive through. The only problem I've had is that some of the workers have an attitude even when they don't get your order right. They keep the place clean for the most part and have hand sanitizer for customers.
