McDonald's Restaurant - Basel

Had a hair in the mc chicken and I hadn't received a new mc chicken, what a boss... I also have pictures that I somehow can't post here

There were hardly any people, so I was looking forward to a freshly prepared Big Mac after a long wait. Unfortunately, after a long wait, an old, lukewarm, bad-tasting Big Mac arrived. Poor performance, poor quality. Never again! The waitress here smiled and could barely speak German. I expected at least a warm, fresh Big Mac. Underground!

Fries and the coke was one of the worst among McDonald's. View and atmosphere is super good .

Food was very cold and the drinks were no longer carbonated, the food was very old and the meat no longer looked good, the employees are very inattentive and scream all the time it is very disturbing

I waited 10 minutes until the employee came to check out, completely dissatisfied. And served me without desire! She didn't say hello and served me with a completely dissatisfied face! I am very dissatisfied with the service! And she put extra onions in my burger….
