The flavours were more subtle than I'm used to but pretty good. Difficult to compete with food alley. Especially when their food is priced around $11 all the time. I will definitely go back and try a banh mi.
Best Vietnamese Noodles in town!!! Give a try you wont regret it.
Pleasantly surprised : Came here one evening after working and was wanting a quick hot meal. My workmate had previously visited and I thought that I would try it as well with my partner. The three of us made out way there, quickly served by the staff, he directed us to a table that had the heater running to warm us up. Food was served shortly after, he also brought over a bottle of water with a few glasses for us. I ended up getting what I tend to always get, which was a spicy beef noodle soup to warm me up. I also asked for extra fresh chilli : nom noms Cheap, affordable, and tasty with friendly staff : Thumbs up~ please excuse the crappy photos, doesn't do the food justice, was in a hurry to eat it .
Visited My Saigon after hearing a lot of good reviews about it. I ordered a Nam Vang Noodle as dried noodle. It was really cool as they also serve soup on the side so you could add soup as well as sauce to the noodle depending on your liking. I think it was full of flavour and very filling! (Finished about 3/4 of the food . A downside however, was that the food looked way prettier on facebook/other photo sources, so I was slightly disappointed when I see what my friend ordered, but my dish was alright : . It also took very long for the noodle to be served when there weren't a lot of customers. Overall, I would go there again for the food!
