Stone's Public House - Ashland

We were thankful to be sitting at the dining room table that had the AC unit right above it. The room was quite warm otherwise. Overall, our dining experience was quite good and the food was excellent!! Will definitely be back to try some other amazing offers from the menu!

Mediocre at best. Buffalo wings were terrible. Meat was undercooked, waitress wasn't friendly. Hosts were great. Restaurant felt the AC was off on a 90degree day. I keep going back hoping for it to be better, but it just isn't.

We have always loved Stone's but were disappointed with several meals last night. Our granddaughter's sirloin steak was way overcooked (medium well rather than medium rare) and both pub cheeseburgers were also overcooked (medium well, not medium). The lamb shepherds pie was also not as good as the last time. The lamb was fine, but too many potatoes and the carrots and parsnips were crunchy, probably overcooked as well. Our waitress was fine, but service was very slow and it wasn't that crowded.

WATCH OUT FOR THE MANAGER, JESSIE!! i placed a complaint, very kindly, and i was met with him yelling at me, calling me names, and him standing over me in a threatening way. he then FOLLOWED US OUT!!

Stone's Public House has been the go-to place for lunch for my work team for a few years now. Good beer, good food, great people, and an outstanding patio! It's the best!
