Honey Dew Donuts - Ashland

Had a voucher for a free coffee with purchase. Bought 2 donuts and was said I can't make the voucher on a taste of coffee... Was extra calculated for Caramel Mocha coffee. This is not a special order. Almost $4 for a coffee. I'm staying with my coffee shop. Rip off extra charged.

The North Framingham location is good, but I've noticed they usually have a more limited selection of donuts during my visits. I believe they're not part of the Rewards Program, but they might be now. This location is a bit small. The Milford location on Prospect St is my least favorite. It's perfectly fine since it's still Honey Dew, but the staff member who helped me wasn't as pleasant, and I can confirm they definitely don't participate in the Rewards Program. However, the Ashland location is the best of the bunch! It’s the most modern both inside and out. There’s ample parking, and they offer drive-thru service. The bathroom was decent, they have a modern point-of-sale system, and they are definitely part of the Rewards Program. I'm not entirely sure, but I think the same franchise owner from the now-closed Central St Natick location also runs this one, which might explain a few things, haha. Do the Dew!

The coffee and donuts here are superior to those at Dunkin'. The staff at this location is consistently excellent.

The staff is incredibly friendly and provides outstanding service to all the customers.
