Starbucks - Apex

Just purchased two large hot Caramel Macchiato's with extra caramel drizzle and whip cream. The cups were hot, so my wife and I put them in the cup holders and drove away. Half way home we discovered that all we had was coffee...NO Caramel at all,and NO whip cream. Aways have had great service there.....SO DISAPPOINTING!!!

Hot chocolate is gritty from powder mix. Swiss Mix at home is better.

Great service, clean space. However, one of the restrooms had urine on the toilet that left a scent that wafted out into the seating area making it an unpleasant visit.

We went here for a late night coffee and was treated great by the staff. They figured out it was our first time there and treated us to some free samples of the pastries and gave some great recommendations. Thanks for the great service.
