Lucia's Stadshart - Amstelveen

The city den has made our stay in Amsterdam very pleasant. The staff should be congratulated for their service. They go above and beyond, always with a smile . Piccoli family from Australia .

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are really nice: clean, stylish, every detail is taken into account. Location is absolutely great. We would suggest to implement mattress protectors for in case of “accidents” with small children (if they pee or spill anything . As well, we couldn’t find stairs! Sometimes you want to get to your room on the 2nd floor not by elevator. Apparently in this hotel you have to use elevator all the time :

Really awesome stay at Cityden Stadshart! Was relocating from Brussels to Amsterdam and needed a place to stay for 1 night and they helped assist with storing our luggage and even upgraded our room from a studio to a 1 bedroom apt as we had a little one!! Can't highly recommend enough. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have even been in !

This hotel was awesome. It is conveniently located next to the tram station for a quick trip to the center of Amsterdam. The rooms were beautiful, and very clean. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. We showed up 4 hours before check in and they gave us a place to put our luggage so we could go into the city and see some museums. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Had a great stay here. Both the venue downstairs and the rooms are nicely decorated and have everything you need. On top of that the staff is very friendly and eager to help wherever they can.
