Joe The Juice - Amstelveen

Generally speaking I do not ever write reviews, but this is the second time this has happened and I find it, frankly, ridiculous. When I order a sandwich, gluten free, I am persuaded to choose a different bread, as it “takes too long”… Firstly, my gluten free choice, isn’t a choice, it is a necessity for someone like me. Secondly, why offer something when it is “too much” effort to cater to that target market…

I used to like this Joe and the Juice, however I feel they have really dropped their standards (I was a regular). The floor is often dirty and the same for the tables. You come to a place to eat and enjoy, not to clean and feel disgusted. I’ve since moved over to Coffee Company 2 mins down, much cleaner and friendlier staff.

We always order from joes place every Saturday. Today we receive our order but the amount of chicken and ingredients in it were less than half of normal. Very disappointed and there is no contact number where you can reach and complaint.

Pretty bad.. The service is OK at best. The hygiëne is really bad. Especially at the counter where the food is being handled. Also the tables and chair are all a bit dirty. I wouldn't recommend going here

Sandwich was amazing but customer service very poor! The lady with glasses that helped me was paying more attention to her phone instead of the customers. She was just standing by the register head down on her phone. Her body language was as if “us” (the clients) were annoying her. Very unprofessional and not friendly!
