Mcdonalds Family Restaurant

During a rare visit to Alice, I stumbled upon a corn restaurant and immediately regretted my decision. The staff appeared disinterested in providing service, and the "Big Mac" was disappointingly small. The prices were high and the fries were cold and tasteless. The Filet-Fischburger was dry and unappetizing. The restaurant was dirty and outdated, with inconvenient amenities. The toilet paper roll was placed too low to reach comfortably, and the newspaper was unusually small. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I hope this does not reflect the entire chain of restaurants. They have lost my business.

All we bought here was bad except the drinks. Both sandwiches were apparently cooked hours before serving. The frits were cold, limp and stale. The atmosphere was not welcome.

The service is indifferent, when told the coke is flat they shrug and say that it's working. Stale rolls, not up to national standards. The burgers are thrown together with the least amount of effort possible. Save your money, not what you expect from a...McDonald's, very disappointing.

I went to McDonalds after a night on out with friends and tried to order a value meal. I was told you can only order individual items which I believe is absolutely BS and they only want the money. I suggest all visitors to Alice...Springs go to Rocky Pizza, at least it advertises what it actually sells.

It was open on Good Friday which was great. The Maccas itself is a bit average, but the staff are great.
