Monte's Lounge - Alice Springs

Sensational small venue on Todd Street in a simple walk from the mall and advice gardens. Large selection of artisanal beers, wines and spirits. The food is to die to taste the chicken mesquite and to thank them afterwards. For me, the real attraction is music and entertainment. Live, original music with local and tour artists, Sunday sessions with pumping fans of local community radio 102.1FM 8CCC at 3 p.m., Trivia on Thursday, and all kinds of other events, many with a Spanish taste (as the name Monte's suggests). One of my fave Mparntwe/Alice Springs venues. Fiesta Interminable!

Super quirky bar in Alice Springs. It's decor like a circus! Great, happy service! Beer is super frothy and cold! We loved it here and felt like locals after a few bevies! Highly recommended x

Excellent food and service. Tapas menu, 3 for $20, Kangaroo spits perfectly cooked, veggie tapas, and arancini balls absolutely perfect. Ordered a side of chips, deliciously seasoned, crispy on the outside and soft potato on the inside. decided to try the brownie with ice for dessert only decadent. Warmly fed with chocolaty goodness, vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and with cinnamon. A meal that made me happy, stuffed (the half of each plate had to take away for a future meal) and excited to come back and try more things from their menu.

Fantastic quirky spot for a cocktail was very busy for a Thursday night and had tons of character. Very recommended

Awesome staff, groovy set up, dog friendly and great food. If you like blue cheese the topping is a must try if you are getting a steak!
