Lee's Thai Food - Alice Springs

Every time I go to this restaurant, I receive fresh vegetables, and everything is always clean. The service is excellent, and the staff are wonderful people.

Local family owned, felt very cozy and friendly. the food was good. a bit on the expensive side of what I used for Thai food, but, especially for quality.

Ordered Pad Thai: out of 5, I give it a 5. Peppered Soft Shell Crab: 3.5. Pork Wonton: 3.5-portions are tiny. Stuffed chicken wing: 1-over priced, small, very dry, no flavor and tasted old like it was fried twice.

Unfortunately we would not recommend this place and would probably not visit again. The staff were NOT friendly and frankly didn’t care to give you the time of day. Rude and impolite. We ordered an entree of spring rolls and the inside of them were all cold. For mains we ordered: x1 Mixed Vegetables in Oyster Sauce which was a total of $17. The vegetables were from a frozen packet which roughly is store bought for $5 a bag. To inflate the price for not even FRESH vegetables I find QUITE poor. This dish was not tasty or presented well whatsoever. x1 Pad See Iew and we requested NO EGG. We received the meal and it had a lot of mini traces of egg. If one were to be allergic, this is very POOR service and duty of care on the restaurants behalf. Overall, everything was EXTREMELY over priced for Thai food and Thai food with such poor quality. Total food cost $50 I would not recommend this restaurant.
