Kfc - Aldergrove Langley

Another disgrace of a restaurant with all east indian women who don't have a clue of the service industry. I'm south asian myself, and this kind of service gives us all a bad name. Never has chicken ready, always a 10 minute wait, starts to shut down at 5:30-5:40 when they're supposed to be open till 6pm on the days I've gone there.

I visited 12 June 5.45pm order fresh big crunch box they just reheated and give old stale fries this restaurant needs to be shut down.

We got the chicken burger with stuffing, it was soggy with no flavor, I will never order it

No customer service at all. The stuff is very impolite. They just keep chatting with the coworkers and ignore the customers.

Ordered online two 6-packs of chicken ftom Willowbrook Mall KFC, requesting wings instead of legs. Got it home and had 6 legs, 1 wing out of 12 pieces of chicken. Complained online and were offered a small popcorn chicken. No mention of the 6 legs that we didn't eat. Not good enough.
