Holiday Inn Express Suites Langley

The hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. My upgraded room was large and comfortable. I gave it 4 out of 5 due to the parking situation. The parking lot is below the hotel next to a public parking lot for a restaurant. Most of the spots away from the restaurant parking are taken up with Tesla electric car chargers. I do not know why they need 10 or more electric car chargers. They do have luggage drop-off parking at the front door, though, so I parked there to unload my luggage instead of dragging it up the hill to the hotel. The front desk fellow watched my luggage for me while I parked, and he also gave me two bottles of cold water. I checked in just after 6 pm. on Sunday, June 11th. Note to hotel management. The male employee on the desk at this time is a great asset to your hotel.

Travelled here with family for one night and won’t be back . The room was dirty and bed sagged and pillows were in need of replacing. But worst part was we have kids and they wanted to swim . Well for some reason this hotel has private swimming lessons and outside guests coming in so good luck using the pool. You pay a lot of money to stay here to use the facilities they should be for hotel guests only !

I do travel alot because of my Job and I try to book my hotels at Holiday INN express. The location of langley, BC has my heart for some of the best service from the kitchen staff, they would try to make you feel as home by cooking whatever they can for your comfort and food preferences. Since I am vegetarian, I have limited options but they make sure I get one of the best foods with good quality and quantity.

My family stayed at this hotel in 2022 and had such a good experience we came back a year later again. We had a wonderful stay the weekend of May 6, 2023. The rooms are very clean, as is the entire property. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to accommodate our request for a very early check-in so we could get changed for a wedding. We were very happy!! And the breakfast that is included is so good!! So many options and simply delicious. If you are looking for a place to stay in Langley--I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Langley. Thanks so much everyone!!!

Great service and great accommodations. allowed early check in....bonus. ok free breakfast in the am. Very service oriented. only problem was they charged me for bottled water which was suppose to be complimentary for platinum members.
