We had the Club house with salad and the Hawaiian Chicken Teriyaki. Both were fresh and delicious. Service was excellent. Will definitely be back.
Update I have been going to this place for a few years since I posted this review and nothing has changed. I cannot speak highly enough about this place This is the best breakfast restaurant I have ever been to. You can get a full size breakfast for $7. I'm talking bacon eggs toast and hash browns. The portions are awesome and the food tastes great. There are free coffee refills. The the staff is very friendly and the vibe is warm and cosy. I feel like I am in my friends home having breakfast. This places gets busy quick so show up early.
This was a quaint little stop. It’s a little cafe off of 88th, and had a small town charm to it. I would recommend giving it a try if you’re wanting a fresh lunch. The ambiance inside is quiet. Classical music plays overhead as you enjoy a light lunch. There’s also the option of sitting outside. While nice, my wife and I opted to eat indoors, choosing to sit in a couple of comfy armchairs. We both had the same thing: the Lux sandwich with a side of cream of broccoli soup. While my wife had hers as just smoked salmon and cream cheese, I had mine with everything. This included cucumber, lettuce, tomato and capers. It was phenomenal! The salmon and cream cheese were made that much better being on a fresh bagel. We’ve had the bagels from this place before, and they have always been tasty. This was the first time we had lunch there, and we were not disappointed! Give this place a try for lunch. You won’t be disappointed!
