As a local real estate professional, I know the importance of a good review. This is why I intentionally take time to give credit when it's due. My family has been going to this restaurant for multiple years now. The service is always great and the pizza is excellent. I highly recommen dine-in or take-out. My mom ordered a sausage cheese pizza 3 weeks ago for the 1st time. It was delicious until an hour later I threw it all up. My stomach cramped so bad I thought I would die. I was fine before I ate. Today I decided to go there in person and to my surprise no one had on gloves and one of the guys was spreading the sauce on the dough with his bare hands and using his fingers. The other guy was tossing sausages with his bare hands. I asked “Why aren’t you guys wearing gloves” ? Another guy said “The germs will burn off in the oven” . Needless to say I informed him I will be reporting them to the health department. Unbelievable!! Now I know why I got deadly I’ll. I submitted 1 star because I couldn't submit a zero I don't know what happened to this place, but this place has ZERO customer service. I ordered a 14 double decker pizza at 5:06 pm . I was hesitant because the last time I ordered from them I never got my food. This time I gave VERY SPECIFIC instructions and they still &cked it up. No pizza 1 1/2 hours later. I called they apologized for the delay when I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold for the better of 5 minutes. We decided to just go pick it up, Hung up and continued to call to reach the manager. Never heard from manager. Canceled order we went to JESTERS. Where I wanted to go with to begin with because of the last experience. They should be ashamed to ruin such a good reputation!! Owner/Manager (if you exist! Take some PRIDE in your business and get rid of these idiots! The girl that answered the phone was at least polite and tried to rectify the situation but her MANAGER did not back her up. Delicious pizzas that come in thin crust, double decker, and deep dish. Tasty chicken wings and the sandwiches are yummy. Wonderful customer service. Small dining area, but very cozy.
