I had an excellent experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The gentleman who served us went above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable. Thank you, Coco Cafe, for making my mom's birthday celebration special! Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten-free options.

New restaurant that is clean with friendly service. The food is excellent, and the portions are generous. They offer waffles, skillets, and the Coco Omelette, which includes hash browns and your choice of toast or pancakes for $12. While it may not be a 5-star establishment just yet, it provides great value for your money.

Don't let the exterior of the restaurant mislead you about its quality. We stopped by in the early evening for dinner, which felt more like breakfast. I'm quite particular about my eggs, so I was relieved that they were cooked perfectly the first time. The food was served hot and tasted delicious. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive, checking in on us throughout our meal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I've been a loyal fan of Coco's since they first opened, and I've always supported local businesses. However, after my experience tonight, I won't be ordering from them again. I ordered an Italian beef sandwich with cheese, but what I received was a steak sandwich piled high with peppers and onions. When I called to inquire about the mix-up, I was informed that they had run out of Italian beef. I expressed my disappointment, wishing I had known that during my order, as I wouldn't have chosen it otherwise. The staff apologized and asked if I would like to place a different order, but after that first experience, I declined. I attempted to scrape off the peppers and onions and force myself to eat it, but it was so unappetizing and filled with gristle that I couldn't manage it. Now I’m frustrated with myself for not having the courage to ask for a refund on the nearly $20 worth of food I couldn't eat. On a positive note, the fries were excellent.

The restaurant was uncomfortably warm inside. Three of us placed our orders, but after 30 minutes, we had to reorder. The rest of our group couldn't place their orders for about 40 minutes, and we've now been waiting another 20 minutes for our food. We've been here for over an hour, and we still haven't received our drinks.
