Found Espuma the first night in Ixtapa. Wow! The food was incredible. Try the Chile en Nogada. Drinks were mixed expertly and the staff was perfection. Try the Pueblito is you like mezcal. I’m fact we liked it so much we went back four days later for my birthday and we equally as impressed.
